I wouldn't recommend either. If you have  the extra money pick up some Corsair LL120's in a triple pack with the Node Pro. Its an excellent RGB fan set and they are much quieter than the Riing series fans and they have MUCH deeper RGB customization

The RGB effect on PLUS can be controlled by software whereas the Normal one cant only via remote switch or something.
