everything in windows 10 freezes

i am trying to move a window in windows 10 everything including the window i am trying to move freezes or doesnt even reaspond. its worse in games i cant even play games at minimum settings. this is a fresh install from 1 day ago.

no shit yes. i even updated the drivers.

Update. i DDU'd the drivers and reinstalled and still nothing

For better troubleshooting on your thread here please try to include some specs on what is in your PC. Judging by your original post I would recommend at least mentioning your PSU, CPU, GPU and storage drive. With very limited information on the problem it makes trying to figure it out harder.

 

Check your task manager also. This may help indicate if something is completely robbing your computers resources and not allowing other apps to use the resources they need. 

 

I know this doesn't help too much but this will indeed help anyone below me to make better assumptions on what may or may not be causing the issues.
