Help to select

Hello,

So soon if there will be an discount in my country for an ps4 pro I will grab it always wanted to have it. So Now Im on my way to upgrade my monitors, atm Im with an 1080p 60ghz monitor nothing special budget one. So I want one high refresh rate for pc its can still be 1080p because unfortunately I cant afford "2k" atm, and an 4k hdr monitor/tv for ps4 pro. Please suggest me few good choises as budget as possible Idont have an exactly bugdet yet but I cant afford an monitor for like 500 eur or smth because I need to grab tv for ps4 too.

Im using an nvidia 1070 gpu so free sync not necessary because it wont work anyway.
