How to watch 10 bit movies windows

Hello,

I have a Lacie 324 monitor, It's wide gamut, 10 bit, 96% of adobe rgb color space. Even if it's from 2007 it was a professional monitor.

My question is: how can I watch 10 bit movies from windows 10 to make the most out of this monitor? Can I use 10 bit color space when I normally use the pc? Do I need a different hdmi cable? I have a laptop with integrated intel gpu and gtx960m. I have a x-rite pantone huey pro colorimeter, what software do you suggest to calibrate the monitor?

Thank you really much

for starters to get true 10 bit you need a video card capable of outputting 10 bit signal and software that plays back 10-bit content. from what I understand the regular Windows 10 interface doesn't have 10-bit support in the desktop (Linus has vaguely discussed this in some videos).
