Seems like an Asus VH197C.

There is a model number on the back of the monitor on the sticker. It is VH197

It's a VH197C, not a D. It seems to say VH197C-R, but I can't quite make out the "-R" bit for sure. It's definitely a C though. 

 

@player-0092Check the label on the back of the monitor (if you have access to it. It's this part you're looking at:

I would say its the R at the end
