Wraith Spire rgb ring is not lighting up?

I had no issue so far exept that when I plugged the rgb cable in the Wraith Spire cooler to my motherboard Asus Prime B350- plus the ring was always glowing green instead of red? The colors where some kind switched so I unplugged the cabled and I tried to plug it the other way but now the ring will not light up?! The motherboards lights are lighting fine and also the AMD logo is fine, only the ring will not emit any kind of light. I tried to unplug the cable, plug it again in different directions and nothing changed. Also I did all of that while the pc was NOT connected to the electricity.

Is there a solution or is my cooler just not so cool any more?

 

PS: My bios and asus ai suite are updated.

I have the same motherboard but mine is not glowing any color
