Hi. Maybe dumb question. 

The case is that I don't have a gaming PC, is just a PC.

Anyone knows if I can participate with my actual PC?

The whole idea of competition is to show why your current gaming experience sucks to win. Any PC used for gaming is gaming PC.

If you can open chrome with no internet and play the T-Rex Running Game... then sir you have just earned yourself a Gaming Personal Computer.

 

BTW a phone is also a Personal Computer if you want to get technical.
