I found a Samsung CF591 Series Curved 27-Inch FHD Monitor with a starting price of $70. Do you think people just haven't started bidding on it, or is a bad monitor? There's only one day left on the item.

If it is ebay, then the current auction price means nothing at all.  Most people will just wait until the end to make a bid so the price will shoot up in the last minutes

So long as you read the condition and description and find no issues, there shouldn't be any catch. Given they're going for ~$200, people probably just haven't started bidding yet.

Sounds like its not too uncommon for monitors to stay at a low price for a very long time and then to shoot up at the end of the auction.
