360 thick rad enough for 500w?

So I'm starting to think about my next rig with the announcement of threadripper and I'm wondering if a 360 rad in is enough for the ~500 watts an OC threadripper + 1080 ti can pull.

I'm assuming it would need to be in push/pull, but would that be enough? Would I probably also need a thick high fpi rad?

Or would I need 2x 240 rads to get enough cooling capacity?

Build: Intel S2600gz, 2x E5-2670, EVGA SC 1070, Zotac 1060 6GB mini, 48GB Micron 1333mhz ECC DDR3, 2x Intel DPS-750XB 750 watt PSU

More doesn't hurt especially for silent cooling but a single 360mm rad is easily enough to cool all of that.

More is better, but a reputable 360mm radiator like the Hardware lab GTS  360 (30 mm thick) is advertised for 1200 capacity (presumably in a best case scenario, as usual)

but these roads are also optimized for sub 800 rpm fan operation so should be more than enough for 500W.
