How do I get spam email?

I'm looking to setup a alt. email to troll scammers. For example what James Veitch does, 

 However now that i've setup the email I really don't know how to get spam email. How do I get lots of spam quick?

You get spam through companies that ask for it and you give it to them or online websites.

Another way is phising where someones hacked into someone elses email and that email has your email address in it.

Otherwise its random.

Register it on as many dodgy sites as possible.  Try to seem like a real person.  You know those weird survey ads?  If you put your email in those you'll start receiving spam.  

 

My advice would be to use a virtual machine running exclusively through a VPN tunnel.  Because who knows what kind of weird stuff might be downloading to your computer on those weird, cringy sites.

I find surveys that ask for emails to be particularly effective.

This is one of the sources. I think another source is wireless carriers selling email addresses or signing up for newsletters and they're selling email addresses.

You'll probably receive emails about an alleged Canadian pharmacy who sells Rolex and Viagra online or someone with a hooker name asking for sex. This is why I'm no longer using Yahoo! Mail.
