adapter to use displayport cable with monitor that only has dvi

does anyone know if a device exists like this

but instead of having an hdmi it has a displayport

I dont have enough cables and I dont want to buy more dvi cables because they have massive connectors on the end and are impossible to string through my desk.

my graphics card has a bunch of dp connectors but my monitors all have dvi

It's very unusual for DP to DVI adapters to have a male DVI end, usually they're intended to plug into the computer and use with a DVI cable, not use with a DisplayPort cable and have the DVI adapter at the end of the chain.

Best solution would be to just use an adapter cable instead.

Something like that would work too.  But, ya know, kinda dumb.

I suppose, though I think you'd also need one for the DisplayPort side too if you wanted to use a male-to-male DP cable with the adapter attached at the end :3

After that, use a mini to full DP adapter for good measure!
