Play GTA V Multiplayer Storymode?

Hello, I just realized my friend also has GTA V so I wanted to see if we could set up like a private server where only we could play together. Like I can be in my story mode and he can join and play

CPU - i7-4790k

GPU - MSI 980 Ti 

Mobo - MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Memory - 32 GB DDR3

Storage - 3.4 TB
