Acer Predator XB241H Flickering. G-Sync??

Hey there I recently got the Acer Predator XB241H 1920 x 1080 27 inch G-Sync for 600$ AU and in some games I get flickering of the image and at the moment testing Fixed Refresh see if it stops then and all so test ULMB and see if that stops the flickering but if anyone knows if its a G-Sync bug in some older games or needs to RMA the monitor.

Maybe just RMA it and get a new one I got it 4 days a go.
