wd black and blue

so now that i find myself in the market for another hard drive, i have to ask this question. i was just looking at WD 3.5" internal drives, the black 1

tb and the blue one have the same specs (both 7200 rpm, both 64mb cache, both are 1TB, both 6  gb/s , so why is the black version supposed to be faster?  and is it really faster?

The Black is faster due to the controller scheduling. What will you be storing, though?
