Core v21 modularity

I have a very important question to ask about the core v21 layout. Is it possible to flip the case upside Down and place the case feet on the opposite side? And if that is possible can the motherboard tray be remounted so that it still maintains its position above the PSU? The reason for this is that the case will be on my left and I want the front IO to be facing me without having the case turned.

So is the answer yes then.  And also can the front panel be flipped with it so it not upside down

Is the motherboard tray able to stay horizontal and just be moved into different positions to keep a standard layout of it being on top of the PSU

Thank you very much this was very helpful. My last question would then be how should I cool it? I will be using a i5 6600k with an EVGA 1060 6gb ACX 3.0 card. What type of cooler should I go with that's under $65 and should I add extra fans and in what orientation

use a 80mm AIO, that should be enough, i personally use an H100i to cool my 4790k which is clocked at 4.5ghz for an HTPC.

it will depend on you, look at the diagram, see what kind of best noise and temp balance that fits you.
