Grub rescue windows 10

I use the bootrec commands to try to get rid of grub rescue because I uninstalled linux. When I do bootrec /rebuildbcd it comes up at 1 installation and every option says that the requested disc cannot be found. Any help?

Should I factory reset?  Grub rescue commands dont work.
