What program to use

I trying to create a stop motion video.

When I use "assistant" in google photos application, my photos make a pretty good stop motion. However I noticed it crops the photo. I need more control on the stop motion so I thought I'll use Premiere Pro. However do I seriously need to crop and rotate all the images in Premiere Pro just to make a "stable" stop motion.

That I know of, no. Youd probably have to run that into premiere or something.
