Ok make sure you run it in 62bit not 32bit mode. Unless your install of windows is 32bit

Ok just set downscale to 720p and test it everything looks ok

Wow ok well all your settings seem fine. There could be some other problem with drivers or you can't stream at that bitrate. Try setting 480p at around 1200 bitrate with custom buffer 1000

Shit dude well I honestly don't know what's wrong. Your twitch settings are fine. It has to be a driver/hardware/OS problem. Have you tried restarting your PC lol? The other thing you could try is nvec Nvenc encoding but quality is usualy worse. In the encoding tab switch from h264 to nvenc

bad ass thanks SO MUCH! i can work with this. also quick question....?  so because i am a noob i cant really have other people change the video settings when watching me, so how high should i go? before it can mess up with other people and they wont like it/ also.... if you stream i want to sub ya lol

You need a sub button before they can change that. 720p is good enough and most people won't have a problem as far i now. I'm a noob aswell lmao Fantagod is my twitch I don't stream ATM only once I get my new internet. My vods are how bad my quality is with my 3rd world internet. What's your channel?
