Don't you just hate it when your family tell you to look for a product they want, so you do your research and suggest something to them. They then go and buy exactly not the one you told them too then they complain to you that it doesn't do what they wanted.. *facepalm* Y U DO DIS

Maybe you could ask them to exchange it for the one you recommended, or offer to exchange it yourself.
