What kind of problems does PC part picker with compatibility?

I'm building a mini-itx build as my first build (I know they're hard but I need to). I need help making sure my components are compatible. I'm using a Node 202 and I have been having problems with it.

That 202 case is half-height, while your video card is full height.  Also, that case only takes a slim PSU, not the full size one you selected.  You need a mini-ITX case that will take a standard ATX PSU and a full height video card.

Ah, I missed something.  On the back, it shows that the video cards mount sideways, so it does support a full height card.  And somehow I completely overlooked that the PSU was a small form factor size.  My bad, I gave you bad advice.

In retrospect, I'm the one confused now.  The page you linked to says there's no compatibility issues, so I don't understand what problem you're having with it.
