Monitor choice

Hi i am building my first pc mostly for gaming.

Specs are.

Ryzen 5 1600

Radeon rx480 strix

Gigabyte ab350m gaming 3

16gb ddr4 3000mhz

I have been looking at monitors and it seems like the more i look the more overwhelmed i am. Correct me if i am on the wrong track, so far i am looking for  144hz, freesync, 1ms responce, tn panel.

My question realy is will my set up be powerfull enough for a 144hz monitor.

Depends. If you're playing at 1080p with Medium-High settings (in most games) it's gonna be fine.
