Affordable small Tablet (aka nexus 7 2017 edition?)

Hey guys,

 

I've been looking for a good affordable small tablet for a while now. My requirements are:

 

- 8.4 inches or smaller

- Decent display (Full HD or more)

- Decent performance and battery

- Sub €300

 

Preferably it would be (almost) stock Andriod and it should be running atleast 7.0 by now. The Ipad mini seems like a good option but Im heavily invested in the andriod ecosystem. All I could really find is the Nvidia Shield K1 and Nexus 7 2013 but theyre both rather old.

 

Am I missing something or is the small and affordable tablet market dead? If there was a Nexus 7 2017 I would buy it in a heartbeat

Im fine with touchwiz but:

Andriod 5.1

9.6 inch

Low res.
