Will my gigabyte motherboard 970A-DS3P support ZOTAC GEFORCE GTX 1050 Ti OC 4GB GDDR5

Yes

 

All motherboards made in the last 10 years will support all graphics cards made in the last 10 years.

yes any gpu will fit, I advise against the 1050ti since you can get an rx 480 for the Same price and get over double the performance

I would avoid a reference gpu. Also if the op isn't in the USA then that link is irrelevant anyway.
