Upgrading computer, Good choice?

So I am upgrading my computer, not replacing everything, just a few parts. Keeping my gtx 670 for just now.

So was just looking for some opinions on if my selected parts seem good. If you could give me some opinions, would be greatly appreciated :)

Keep that, Get an RX480 or better like 1070/1080 and upgrade your CPU later. save up a lil more too for a z170/z270 board for OCing otherwise you might as well save a few bucks and go for a 7700

I think my CPU is currently faulty, it seems to be running around 70% most of the time for no reason, and in games im hitting almost 100%. So thats basically the reason for the upgrade

They could be hiding... Not all can be detected.
