Sun Fire X2200 Server Gaming/Performance Build

I've owned a Sun Fire X2200 server for about a year and all I've ever run on it was Linux CentOS 7. It has about 32 gigabytes of DDR4 RAM and about 31.70 is usable. 2 TB HDD as well. I've been planning to do this for a quite a while and I just now have the time to build this. My plan is to drop in a dedicated graphics card and add a soundcard as well. Obviously, I'll run Windows 10 on the server as well as I have a few Professional copies laying around. It also has two CPU's (I'm not sure what brand, it is an old server.) I'd like to request this wonderful community's help with this build as I am inept with computers. There is no space for a dedicated graphics card and I'm sure that the entire thing needs an overhaul. There isn't much usable space, and I'd like to completely build from the ground up. I'm also planning on water cooling. This is definitely going to be a challenging first build and this is my first stop to figure out what to do.

Edit - I don't really have a budget. As we get further into planning I'll see a reasonable budget. I'm planning on buying a simple, cheap keyboard and mouse as I'm not really a hardcore gamer. I'm only going to be using 1 monitor.

  • Two dual-core or quad-core AMD Opteron CPUs
  • Processor frequencies: 1.8 GHz and faster
  • Up to 1 MB level 2 cache

it's not worth it.

processors will make this ungodly bad for gaming

idk

Alright. How can I make this work? If the processors are too slow, then what is the best solution? If there is no solution, than what will be affected? The framerate?

Well, I'm not sure if that's good or not. I literally googled 'Xeon' and the first result was the Dell 2x Xeon for 12k [USD.] I know all of my hardware is either defunct or deathly old. That is the situation I'm in.

So from what I understand, these are better for computing/hosting, not gaming?

I'm a middle schooler who owns a server. No, I'm in the East Bay, SF is a generalized location. To be more clear, I'm in the Bay as well. Everything I purchase has to be run through with my parents and that too, I just got a new Mac because of a long list of reasons. (@GDRRiley)
