Microstutter ,fps drop

Hi, I have a problem. I have like 0.5 second fps drop in games such as League of Legends, CS GO and Dota2. The fps drops from like 150 to 30 and then it goes back to normal.Happened few times in witcher 3 but that is high end game and i have pretty underpowered pc for that game, but game runs fine on low settings, +30 fps.The microstutter (0.5 second frame freeze, fps drop) happens like 4-10 times in average game of League of Legends and same for csgo and dota2.

And it happens randomly. I think my setup is perfectly fine for lol, csgo and dota2 and that microstuttering shouldnt be that often. It's really frustrating and i want to get rid of it. I tried monitoring cpu, ram,gpu and i cant get to the solution.

my specs:

gpu- gigabyte GTX 750ti -all drivers up to date, average temps

cpu- amd x4 860k black edition -average temps, maybe 30 when its not doing anything and max was like 60 under heavy load, using "open hardware monitor" for monitoring parts

motherboard- asus a88xm-e -ALL drivers up to date

hdd1- 1 TB western digital something

hdd2- 500 gb western digital

ram- 8gb ddr3 1866 mhz

os- windows 7 ultimate

i checked background programs and processes everything is fine

what is the pagefile set to?

did you try disabling pagefile?

did you try lowering settings in the games control panel ( shadows, etc. )?

did you disable pagefile on your second drive?

do you have your power options ( management ) set to high performance?
