Ethernet not connecting after wake

HI

I've built my own pc and had it for a couple of months now and it works great.

But the only problem i have it when i put the system to sleep and wake it back up it cant seem to connect back to the internet let alone my local network.

I've tried searching all other the web for a solution. but none of those have worked for me. some of them included disabling ipv6, power management in my device manager.

I have also tried setting a static ip for my machine but again that didn't work.

 

If someone could help me out it would be much appreciated or if you are experiencing the same problems let me know.

 

By the way i have windows 10 and a gigabyte H170-D3HP
