Mini Ice-Age?

Has anyone read up on this? I heard that this has been floating around for a bit and apparently a scientist named Valentina Zharkova published her findings on the abnormally low solar radiation expected near 2030, much like what happened in the mid-1700s. Does anyone know if this is based on true evidence or merely a speculation that is probably a hoax?
