Brand makes no difference.

 

For CPU intensive stuff, higher frequencies will help a tiny bit; for multitasking you'll want more giggabytes.

That should be plenty for most stuff; buy whichever is cheapest or looks prettier, but don't get an unusually low frequency.

Higher is better, but within reasonable price difference - no point spending much more for the higher speed ram, its a small benefit, and well, you're on a budget. :)

ok 1x8 gb (2400mhz) = 4300 inr ($63)

1x16 gb (3200mhz) = 8500 inr ($125)

You'll want to go for 2x8gb instead of 1x16gb.. its better to have 2 sticks instead of 1 so you can run em in dual channel and get somewhat better performance
