Apple cinema display not working

I bought a apple cinema display to use with my HP workstation, I upgraded the Quadro to a 1050ti, I plugged the DVI in an nothing, checked around with drivers, Installed the GPU drivers, still nothing. It is powered on, Can any of you guys help?

Do you have another device that you can try to connect? Just to rule out that there is nothing wrong from the display.

I have no idea because this is the only pc I have with a dvi port

I know the display works since it turns on, it's just either I think the DVI connector is wonky, or either that I need drivers, I will try and plug a USB into the port on the monitor since I have that connected.

It is still connected, I used my MX master's Bluetooth dongle and it is still working, so I am guessing it is a driver problem, maybe a backlight problem but unlikely.

I tired to download the bootcamp drivers, There seem none for windows 10.

I feel like a complete and utter idiot, ordered the wrong power supply
