Best Peer to Peer vpn? (Best VPN)

I'm looking to purchase a yearly subscription vpn that I can use for peer to peer sharing (of the legal kind of course). Any suggestions? I like private internet access and they offer a lot for a reasonable price. any suggestions? I have an average download of 200mb/s

I paid $50 for 12 months of UnblockUS a few years back and it never stopped working even to this day :P

I bought a lifetime subscription of VPN Unlimited for $29 last year. Normally it's $499, it was really sketchy but I did my research and they're legitimate. Paid using PayPal just in case something happens and I can refund. Works well.
