6700K CPU usage in AE??

when i set to render some high detailed video with a lot of effects, average time is around 1,5h with 6700k @4,5GHz. but CPU usage is around 50%. is that normal or? why it isn't 100%?

So, i have 4/8 cus of HT that 6700K has. i have 16GB of RAM. 13GB is available for AE and 3GB for other applications. is that okay?

Now that you say that, I've noticed that during rendering, with the same cpu, my After Effects is only utilizing ~%50 of the cpu as well.

ye, and idk if thats normal. on some effects, CPU usage is 100% and on some is 50-60 %
