Microphone only buzzing

My microphone doesn't pick up voice and only outputs a buzzing sound. This started after I installed my graphics card drivers ( I have an RX 470 ). Before that it was working perfectly.

If I look into recording devices, my microphone displays correctly when I talk or not but it only outputs a buzzing sound.

In realtek audio manager whenever I turn up the playback volume, the microphone unplugs and then plugs in immediately.

Yes, enhancements like noise supression and things like that are enabled and I tried disabling them.

What could be the problem and how can I fix it?
