Which of these are better?

I am looking for a really budget heatsink. But I don't know which style is better. Please let me know which design performs better.

I think the copper looking one, but that's just a guess based of looks.

But i don't even think you need it, what cpu are you planning to use it with?

I think would be better. Higher RPM and more designed for that specific chipset VS the other one.
