i have gigabyte h1110m-a

and planning on buying processor,

does it support 6800k and is it a good idea to upgrade it or replace the motherboard.

Please help me.

No, it doesn't support the 6800k. The h110m-a uses the 1151 socket and the 6800k is 2011-3.

The best cpu the board would support is the 6700k. 

Do you already have a cpu and are planning to upgrade or do you just already have a motherboard for some reason?
