Razer Mamba TE & Firefly opinions?

NotJude

So I wanted to get a new mouse and I decided upon the Razer Mamba TE to go with my Razer peripherals theme, I mainly play CS:GO, H1Z1, and a few other FPS games. The Mamba TE has enough buttons for me to use (Mouse 4 and 5 to mute and talk mic in game), I'm going to get the mouse first but I'm not sure about the mousepad, I'm not sure whether to get the soft or hard mat, since I think it's down to preference for pros. I wanted to get some input, since I like the chroma effect and my OCD screams at me to get all Razer...

Thanks for the help!

I think that hard mousepads are for high DPI gaming, so depends on what DPi you game at.

Well I play at 800DPI and in CS:GO I play with 2.1 sensitivity (ignore the CSGO part if you don't play), is 800DPI considered high?

Over 6000+ DPI is considered high, 10000+ DPI is the usual "professional" standard.

Just get a soft Razer mousepad, or go for the Firefly if you really want Chroma everything

Yeah i assume they do... but then again they must be using ultrawide displays at 1600p or higher.

But i think the Firefly Cloth Edition and the Razer Mamba TE would be excellent choices for the most serious of gamers :P

800 Isn't Considered high. High would be around the 4k+ DPI (What I play at)
