$1000(USD) Laptop for Lightroom Photo Editing

I'm in the market for my first laptop (I've always prefered PCs) because I found myself wanting to edit my recent (RAW) photos while on the go, I only really use Lightroom CC and would just wait until I was home to do any photoshop work. I have a budget of around $1000 (£800) but could probably push ever so slightly more. I took a bit off my USD budget because I live in the UK and everything's more expensive here. I hate picking a laptop because there are so many options!

 

Any help/advice is much appreciated!
