Suggestion for a laptop please. Under 450 USD.

Hi guys, I need some suggestions for a few laptops with the following specifications : 

 

Should be under 450$ USD

Atleast 4 GB RAM

Larger than 13" display

Have an i3 5 gen or better CPU.

 

My purpose is just for web browsing and document editing with video streaming. Please suggest a few models of various brands.

I suggest you buy a used/refurbished lenovo x220, they come with i5s, 8gb of ram and an ssd as well as a great display.
