SSDs on the cheap?

So, everywhere I look even on ebay ssds are nearly the same price used as new and theres no place I can find which varys much in the new market from what pcpartpicker shows. So where do I look/how do I get preferably new ssds making birdy noises?!?

Don't buy used SSDs, get a new one.

Avoid buying used SSDs at all costs. You don't know how much use they've seen and if they were in a server environment running 24x7 for a year straight you'll find yourself replacing it much earlier than a new SSD (although they might last you 5 years or 5 minutes, it's hard to tell). If you don't need an SSD right now and want the best bang for your buck then wait until Amazon or Newegg has a special, look for specials that limit SSDs to a max of 3 per person because those tend to be the best deals (my dad and I usually order 3 each when we see these deals for Samsung 850 EVOs).
