cant move app to system app?

Hey guys I saw the video linus made about how to cheat in pokemon go this does not have to do with the game but I tried moving an app to my system/app and the app tells me it cant because its read-only I also tried moving it manually with root explorer and it said that same thing read-only my phone is rooted and I have busybox installed aswell I have an htc one m8 what could I do to make it writable? thanks!

It already had permission

Should be something like that, haven't used android in a while

It is on read write and it says failed
