Any living room cable management tipps?

Hi,

this is my first post here and I hope I chose the correct forum for it.

I have all my components on hand but the whole setup (despite its specs) looks rather sad. 20160517_151155.jpg

What I want to do is:

  1. mount the TV and Soundbar to the wall in the center
  2. mount a shelf left to it with consoles and phone
  3. mount a shelf right to the TV with the PC, Router and Modem
  4. choose beautiful braided cables (black and white would be nice)
  5. route all cables on the wall parallel to each other along the wall via 3 vertical "channels" and one horizontal "channel"

My questions:

  1. Where do I get such cables or the sleeving for existing cables?
  2. Where do I get cable routing equipment, that can be mounted to the wall and used to run the cables in nice straight lines?

To be clear, I do not want a cable tunnel. I want the cables to be visible and have them routed in nice parallel lines. the overlapping will take place behind the equipment (tv for example) if necessary.

All the cables needed for the setup and their routing:

Thanks in advance for your replies and ideas! I think this is a great forum and I hope I posed the question correctly.

regards

Kai
