MSI Z77A-G43 or Asrock Z77 Pro3?

Both boards are in the same price range, MSI variant is a tiny bit more expensive, it has more PCIe slots and more USB. But which one is better in terms of performance, overclocking and stability? Or are they almost the same?

Both boards are very similar. But the ASRock isn't a full ATX, it's slightly chopped on the left side. The MSI might be a better OCer, but they look like they have similar power delivery. So, either save money or get the one that looks nicer.

The ASRock board has a better power delivery system overall, though both should be fine for a light overclock. Feature-wise they are mostly around the same, though here's a comparison page for specifics.
