OVH Dedicated Game Server for Minecraft

I am planning to upgrade my BungeeCord Minecraft server network that is now averaging 500 players on a VPS SSD. Is there much of an improvement on their Game Dedicated Server 1 besides the RAM?

Look at what is being used the most.  Might be worth getting another vcpu but it all depends on what kind of stress the server is having.

Ram cuts near the limit with high player count. Thanks
