Issues with LTT Videos and Roku 4?

Hey all, 

 

I've had a Roku 4 since launch and have always had this issue. Currently it is connected to a 4k tv so that I can utilize it's full potential. However with LTT videos on youtube they will stutter and freeze. So far this is the only content creator that this occurs for? Is this because he uses a higher bitrate than most 4k content creators? Anyone else expereienced this with other 4k content? Just trying to get an understanding and not blaming LTT for any issues. 

Other Info: 

Home internet Connection is 100 Down 20 up.
