Customise windows 10 track pad gestures?

Im going to be moving from a macbook to a windows based laptop (because linus made me buy a dell 7559.. his video was subliminal...)

Now my only gripe and concern is that THE MOST USED feature of my macbook is the ability to swipe back or forward on web pages with 3 fingers on the track pad.. it makes navigating seamless and doesn't mean i have to keep hitting backspace or moving the mouse to back....

 

is there such a feature in windows or can it be customised?? i haven't had a windows based laptop in about 6 years!

no its for any windows

it basically lets you customize trackpad gestures to make them similar to what you have stock on mac
