hey 

i am wanting to know if i can mount a single 3.5 inch hdd to a single 120 fan mount using a bracket or something.

not what im looking for, i am trying to find a flat mount for putting a hdd in the basement of my case instead of a fan.

No, you'll have to either mod the bracket or the case itself.
