Well the pc build definitely has better components, but the laptop has portability on its side.

2nd one, an R9 390 will DESTROY a 950m.

Well a i7 3770 is better than that xeon so save up for a better cpu.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...
