How to add airflow to a panel?

Tmt97

Is there any good way to add airholes/vents to the top panel of a case? It doesn't need to mount a fan or anything, but I'd rather let the air escape through the top rather than start heating up the metal. Warm air rises, cold air sinks. Who am I to argue with physics? lol

Something maybe a bit more professional looking than a bunch of screwholes?

You can draw a pattern on paper and then tape it down to the case before drilling. That will make it look cool, at least.

Thats a good idea actually. If I did the holes in the right arrangement I could make it look like a mesh, eh?
