It's China, a country where BMW sued a manufacturer for making an X5 fake and lost. I don't think Tesla will win against this guy if legal action is taken.

Pretty much all Chinese car companies copy European companies blatantly but nobody dares do anything because they'll just lose.

That's a shame, china probably needs cleaner cars more than the us does.
