What am I doing wrong? (Modding GTA V)

I'm trying to install these mods:

https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/enhanced-native-trainer

https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/alternative-vehicles-exit-ai-style-net

Video tutorials have told me to dump mod files in to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V'.'

The game runs normally without the mods.

 

What am I missing?

The files go into the directory with the GTAV.exe in it, and you need an ASI Loader.

Take dinput8.dll and ScriptHookV and add them to your GTA V directory.

RageHook is not required for most mods, especially not ones as basic as a trainer. Only bigger mods such as LSPD:FR need it.
